Refunds
- Refunds are processed after we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Note:
For damaged, wrong, or missing shipments, please provide the following:
- A photo of the shipping waybill (attached to the package).
- A photo of the entire box with the shipping waybill visible.
- A photo of the entire product in question.
Keep all original waybills and packaging, as they may be needed for returns.
Returns:
- Returns are subject to two-way shipping costs, plus any warehousing, customs, or carrier charges.
- Please double-check your order details before payment to avoid unnecessary costs.
Damages and Issues
- Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 7 days for:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Missing shipments.
To resolve issues, we require:
- A photo of the shipping waybill.
- A photo of the entire box with the waybill attached.
- A photo of the entire product in question.
- Important: If the shipping box or packaging is damaged but the product is intact, it will not be treated as damaged.

Shipping Losses or Missing Items
- If a product is not received or goes missing after contactless delivery by the carrier, we will follow the carrier’s transportation compensation policy.
- Refunds may not be issued unless covered under the carrier’s terms.
Remorse Return
- Please note we cannot issue a refunds until NaturaBlume confirms the return, subject to conditions outlined in these policies.
- Buyers are responsible for paying shipping costs in both directions, as well as any warehousing, customs duties, and other charges imposed by the carrier. Please double-check your order details before making payments.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To expedite returns, we highly recommend notifying us within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure safe and timely processing.
Unfortunately, we do not provide return shipping labels. Buyers are responsible for sending the package directly to us (depending on the country, carrier, shipping cost, and customs fees).
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns must be shipped from the same country to which the order was originally delivered. Additional import duties may apply if returning the item from a different country.
Important:
- Designer packaging (e.g., authenticity cards, samples, and dust bags) is considered part of the product and must also be returned.
- Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Non-returnable items:
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Products with slight differences or updates (e.g., packaging or version changes).
- Products shipped without individual product boxes (this occasionally happens when a brand in Korea is low on stock or discontinues production).
Shipping Issues Caused by the Recipient
NaturaBlume is not responsible for shipping issues caused by the recipient, including:
- Refusals to accept the delivery.
- Absence of the recipient at the delivery address.
- Incorrect shipping addresses.
- Issues related to the recipient's country or region.
Key Points:
- Returns and refunds related to these issues will be treated as Remorse Returns.
- If the product is not received back by NaturaBlume within 30 days of the shipping date, no refund will be issued.
- If the returned product is not received by NaturaBlume within 15 days of being delivered to the recipient, no refund will be issued.
- Products with a short shelf life or those that have lost value during the return process are not eligible for refunds.
Customs and Duty
Customs and duty taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
For accurate information and an estimate of import taxes, we recommend checking with your country’s customs office.
